Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Develop, review, and implement C&B strategies and policies.
2. Lead salary structure design, benchmarking, and annual compensation planning (e.g., merit increase, bonus schemes, promotions).
3. Manage and optimize employee benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, provident fund, wellness programs).
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance.
5. Provide data-driven insights and cost analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in C&B or Total Rewards.
2. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
3. High proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Good knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
