Compensation & Benefits Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Manage salary structure, job grading, annual salary review, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Review and enhance employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related decisions.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects related to Total Rewards, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of salary structure, job grading, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using HRIS is preferred.
