Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's compensation structure, payroll administration, employee benefits, and statutory compliance in accordance with Philippine labor laws and applicable government regulations. The role ensures accurate and timely salary processing, proper administration of employee benefits, compliance with government-mandated contributions, and the development of competitive compensation programs that support employee satisfaction, retention, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Experience in payroll systems, HRIS, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical, numerical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Can work Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
