Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, delivery, and evaluation of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. This role focuses on maintaining accurate payroll input, managing statutory and company benefits, keeping track of market trends, and resolving employee inquiries regarding total rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate timekeeping data, attendance records, leaves, and employee adjustments to prepare accurate payroll inputs. Process salary increases, merit promotions, and sales incentives.
• Oversee government-mandated benefits and remittances (such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Participate in salary surveys and conduct market research to assess internal equity and external competitiveness. Maintain salary structures, grades, and pay bands.
• Input and update workforce data regarding hires, transfers, and separations in the database system (ZKTeco). Ensure absolute data integrity and confidentiality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding base pay, bonuses, insurance claims, and statutory policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of dedicated experience in payroll administration, compensation management, or HR operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience navigating database platforms (e.g. ZKTeco or similar database system).
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking, strict attention to detail, exceptional discretion with confidential data, and clear communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Banawe, Quezon City.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
