Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage payroll, compensation and benefits, and assist with expatriate employee administration. The role also involves handling ad hoc HR tasks and supporting compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Assist in managing expatriate documentation
• Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance matters
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll and compensation
• Strong understanding with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and organizational skills
