What they need
Reporting directly to the AVP-People and Culture Division, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This position is primarily responsible for
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Oversight over employee benefits availment
- Internal reportorial requirements
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of solid experience in practical compensation and benefits.
- Has excellent computer (MS Excel), communication, coordination, and task management skills.
