Compensation, Benefits and Performance Manager

About the role

As the Manager - Compensation, Benefits & Performance, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, and performance management programs. The role ensures alignment between employee performance, reward strategies, business objectives, and regulatory requirements while providing data-driven insights to support workforce effectiveness, talent retention, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management framework, including KPI, OKR, and 360-degree feedback systems.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles.
• Support managers in conducting performance review discussions and employee development planning.
• Develop and maintain compensation philosophies, salary structures, grading frameworks, and annual salary review processes.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Design and manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, flexible benefits, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including basic salary, overtime pay, shift allowances, bonuses, incentives, and other compensation components.
• Develop and manage global mobility policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support international assignments, expatriate programs, secondments, business travelers, and cross-border employee transfers.
• Ensure all performance management, payroll, compensation, and benefits activities comply with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, or Total Rewards.
• Experience managing HRIS, payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Strong compensation analysis and payroll administration expertise.
• Knowledge of performance management methodologies including KPI, OKR, and competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing constructive and collegial teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of AI tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
