• Manage the entire compensation process, from budgeting to benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
• Proven experience in compensation management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
