Compensation Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Compensation Partner to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead broad-based compensation strategy and program execution across the organization. The partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape competitive pay practices, strengthen compliance, and support thoughtful decision-making through analytics. The position will also help address pay equity and compression risks while guiding leaders on compensation best practices in a complex, public-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation initiatives and program implementation across the organization
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
• Provide compliance expertise on wage and hour regulations
• Use advanced analytics to support strategic compensation decisions
• Manage the lifecycle of broad-based compensation programs
• Address pay equity and compression risks proactively
• Guide and mentor leaders on compensation best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation
• Expertise in market analysis and compensation program design
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Experience leading cross-functional compensation projects
• Familiarity with public organization complexities and executive compensation
