We are seeking a Compensation Specialist I to join our Graebel team in a fast-paced environment.

To support delivery of the company’s global compensation services by supporting Certificate of Coverage applications, client reporting, tax equalization payrment, cost estimates and global tax remittances

1.Process tax and tax equalisation payments for multiple clients, including communication internally.

2.Update of all internal documentation for confirmation of payments including date of payment, amount, payee and any client specific required data.

3.Gather and compile applicable cost components, based on client specific documentation to complete global cost estimates including internal and external support on questions, additional data required and revisions.

4.Support other Team volume with data research, updating of system and final formatting of cost estimate product.
