Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage US compensation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Conduct benchmarking studies using various sources such as Glassdoor, PayScale, LinkedIn, etc. to gather data on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in compensation structures, policies, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday implementation for compensation management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Compensation specialization with a focus on US markets.
• Strong understanding of Compensation Management principles including base pay planning, merit cycles, bonus plans, equity programs.
• Proficiency in systems like Workday or similar platforms.
