Competitive Intelligence Analyst

Our client is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Analyst to support win/loss programs, competitive research, and sales enablement content in a B2B SaaS environment. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver insights that strengthen market positioning and competitive strategy. 

This will be a fully remote, 40 hour/week role, running through February 2027.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and analyze win/loss program data and quarterly reporting. 

• Develop and maintain battlecards, product comparisons, and sales playbooks. 

• Research competitors, market trends, and messaging strategies. 

• Deliver actionable competitive insights and recommendations. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create educational and self-service content.

REQUIREMENTS  

• 5+ years of competitive intelligence experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketing technology.

• Experience supporting win/loss programs. Experience creating sales or customer-facing collateral. 

• Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. 

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to identify competitive opportunities and synthesize insights from multiple data sources.
