Sandhills Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Team Head Coach to lead and grow our competitive program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Team
• Plan and conduct structured, productive practices
• Develop athletes’ skills, strength, technique, and confidence
• Prepare athletes for competitions and attend scheduled meets
• Mentor and collaborate with assistant coaches
• Maintain positive communication with athletes, parents, and staff
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Competitive gymnastics coaching experience required
• Strong knowledge of women’s artistic gymnastics skills, progressions, and spotting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Positive, dependable, organized, and athlete-focused
• Ability to obtain required USA Gymnastics certifications and memberships
• Availability for practices, competitions, and occasional weekends
