Job Responsibilities

• Analyze post-market surveillance data, including product complaints and adverse events, to investigate and resolve safety and quality issues.
• Lead root cause investigations for escalated product issues and document findings in the quality system.
• Manage Nonconformance Events (NCEPs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), as needed.
• Present product performance insights to leadership and design teams and support performance reporting.
• Mentor product investigators and support the use of investigative tools such as X-ray, FTIR, and SEM.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across local and global Post-Market teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific field.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, Quality System Regulation (QSR), and Medical Device Reporting (MDR) preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, influence, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, product investigations, or post-market quality activities is preferred.

Pay Scale

• Anticipated hourly pay range: $25-30/hr on W2 (inclusive of taxes).
