Completions System Administrator

About the role

Own project setup and data quality inside AquipCore.
In-office only — not remote or work-from-home. [Kasambagan, Cebu City]

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain project structure in AquipCore: projects, major areas, systems, sub-systems, disciplines
• Build and maintain tag registers, tag types, ITR templates (paper Word-based and digital checksheets), and the Tag Type Matrix that drives sheet allocation
• Set up certificates, work packs, job cards, punch categories, and preservation schedules
• Run and distribute progress, handover, and data-validation reports (Skyline, Tag Type Variation, Tags without Sheets, ITR Status, and similar)
• Investigate data issues — missing ITRs, unexpected sheet allocations, hierarchy gaps
• Handle bulk Excel imports (tags, hierarchy, registers) and validate the results
• Manage ITR template revisions: Word template documents, digital template items, signatory routes, and approval workflows
• Act as first line of support for site completions teams

About you

• Experience in a completions, commissioning, or QA/QC coordinator role on capital projects
• Solid grasp of ITRs, punch lists, certificates, systemisation, and turnover/handover
• Strong attention to detail with registers and structured data; confident in Excel
• Able to explain system concepts clearly to engineers and site staff
• Strong spoken and written English — the role involves direct client contact and likely international travel
• Nice to have: prior use of a completions system (AquipCore, Wood, Omega, GoTechnology hxGN, WinPCS); basic SQL or report-reading skills
