As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll support people with complex needs to live as comfortably and independently as possible.

Duties

• Provide respectful, person-centred support with daily routines and personal care.
• Follow care plans and report changes in a person’s wellbeing to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate clearly with the people you support, their families and colleagues.
• Your impact: Consistent, attentive support helps people feel safe and respected while enabling them to maintain their daily routines.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English.
• Confidence using basic IT for care records and updates.
• Experience in home care is useful; willingness to learn is valued.
• Driving may be required for some assignments.
• PEG and Tracheostomy experience required.
• Good Availability and Flexibility.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
