About Josh’s Care Company

Josh’s Care Company Ltd was founded with a deeply personal mission following the life-changing spinal cord injury of the director’s son, Josh.

After recognising that the care options available did not provide the comprehensive and individualised support Josh required, the company was established with the aim of delivering care differently.

Since then, we have grown to become a trusted provider of personalised complex home care.

We understand that every individual has their own unique needs, circumstances and goals. Our aim is to go beyond simply completing care tasks by building genuine relationships with the people we support and their families.

We provide physical, emotional and practical support that promotes independence, wellbeing and a genuine sense of belonging.

You will receive:

  • Comprehensive induction and training relevant to the care you will provide
  • Ongoing support from our experienced Registered Nurse team
  • Competency assessments relevant to the individual’s needs
  • Regular supervision and support
  • Opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills within complex care

Our nursing and management teams will ensure you receive the appropriate training and ongoing support to feel confident within your role.
