We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex healthcare needs.

Key Clinical Skills Required

Experience in some or all of the following is highly desirable:

• Tracheostomy care and management, including inner tube care.
• Ventilation care and management, including humidification.
• Suctioning and airway management.
• PEG-J care and management, including enteral feeding and free drainage.
• Medication care and management.
• Spinal injury care and recognition/management of autonomic dysreflexia (AD) episodes.
• Seizure care and management, including buccal medication.
• Manual handling and safe use of moving and handling equipment.
• Infection prevention and control.
• Cough Assist.
• Skin integrity and pressure-area care.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced in complex care or healthcare support.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful.
• Confident working with individuals with significant healthcare needs.
• Able to recognise changes in a person's condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable following detailed care plans and clinical guidance.
• Committed to maintaining dignity, privacy, choice, and independence.
• Willing to undertake relevant training and maintain clinical competencies.
