Responsibilities

• Support clients with assisted living needs by managing medication administration and monitoring health status.
• Assist with heavy lifting and transfer techniques to ensure safety during mobility support.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, medication schedules, and any changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex care which must include Learning Difficulties.
• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient-centered support and safety.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for transportation duties.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is encouraged.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
