Location: Austin, TX

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join its Austin litigation practice.

The position is particularly suited to an experienced commercial litigator with a background in healthcare or energy disputes, combining sophisticated litigation with regulatory and compliance-related advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation involving healthcare and/or energy clients
• Advise on sophisticated regulatory and compliance matters
• Represent clients in healthcare reimbursement and/or energy-related disputes
• Handle litigation arising under state and federal laws
• Represent clients before regulatory bodies
• Develop litigation strategy and manage significant matters
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients

Who You Are

• 7+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Experience in complex commercial disputes involving healthcare and/or energy
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and enforcement matters
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Large law firm experience is preferred
• Admitted to the Texas Bar
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
