Complex Delivery Program Manager IRC297187

For our client, we are seeking a Complex Delivery Program Manager IRC297187 to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee complex, high-stakes program delivery across the full engagement lifecycle, with a strong focus on value-based project execution and client outcomes. The manager will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid environment while keeping scope, risk, quality, and delivery commitments aligned. The position also plays a key role in executive stakeholder management, delivery storytelling, and pre-sales support to ensure strong strategic alignment from pursuit through execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the full engagement lifecycle for high-stakes projects with value-based models
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment
• Ensure GenAI-driven deliverables meet quality and performance benchmarks
• Act as the primary contact for executive-level stakeholders, managing relationships and delivery narratives
• Manage project risks, scope, and quality across the lifecycle
• Drive pre-sales activities and strategic alignment with client goals

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, including 3-4 years in project management roles
• Proven track record managing mid-sized to large projects (30-80 man-months)
• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration in IT preferred
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and tailored project processes
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
