Job Summary:

• Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to staff.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with HR projects as assigned and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
