Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Complex Litigation Paralegal to support an established trial attorney handling sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation.

This position is being added due to continued growth and increasing caseload demands. The successful candidate will work alongside an existing paralegal, helping manage complex litigation matters involving sensitive client circumstances, multiple plaintiffs, and substantial documentation.

We are looking for someone who understands how litigation works, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable taking responsibility for the details that keep cases moving.

Responsibilities:

• Support an experienced trial attorney with complex plaintiff-side litigation matters.
• Assist with sexual assault, multi-plaintiff, and other significant civil litigation cases.
• Organize and maintain detailed case files involving multiple plaintiffs or claimants.
• Track case developments, client information, documents, and litigation deadlines.
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, document production, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other paralegals to manage active litigation workloads.
• Communicate professionally with clients, including individuals involved in sensitive or emotionally difficult matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure important information is readily accessible.
• Help manage a demanding caseload while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify upcoming deadlines, outstanding documentation, and case needs proactively.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably supporting plaintiff-side civil litigation.
• Familiarity with personal injury, mass tort, multi-plaintiff, sexual assault, product liability, or other complex litigation.
• Understanding of pleadings, discovery, filings, litigation deadlines, and case preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Experience working directly with attorneys and litigation teams.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client information.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Mass tort or MDL experience is highly desirable but not required.

Compensation: Up to $90,000, depending on experience.

Location: Houston, Texas, with potential remote flexibility for the right candidate.
