About the role
Arbeit Group is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program involving Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Payments across a multi-vendor, multi-country environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex Core Banking Transformation Program
- Manage distributed teams across the Philippines, India, and Singapore
- Coordinate multiple vendors and technology partners under a single delivery roadmap
- Drive governance, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage project scope, budget, resource planning, and implementation timelines
About you
- 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Experience leading at least one end-to-end Core Banking implementation
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Payments domains
- Proven experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred
