COMPLIANCE ADMIN

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure documentation & data are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Conduct compliance checks on reports, SOPs, policies and contractual requirements.
• Review and monitor operational data and file movements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to obtain required information.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Support other administrative and compliance-related tasks as required.

About you

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Optional)
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of PDPA, FSA, IFSA or Fair Debt Collection Practices is an added advantage.
