Commercial Property Finance – Broker Support

Salary: £28,000 per annum + Bonus

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a motivated and organised Broker Support Administrator to join a growing Commercial Property Finance team based in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial services, sales support or property finance who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will play a key role in supporting Commercial Property Finance Brokers, managing finance applications and ensuring a smooth process from initial submission through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property finance applications from submission through to completion.
• Complete client KYC checks and due diligence requirements.
• Prepare, process and submit finance applications to lenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors and valuers.
• Provide regular updates to clients and relevant parties throughout the application process.
• Take ownership of individual cases, ensuring they progress efficiently.
• Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of ongoing applications.
• Work towards achievable individual and team KPIs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Commercial Finance Brokers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in financial services, sales support or a similar environment.
• Experience within property finance or commercial lending would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve results.
• A professional and customer-focused attitude.
