Perform Duties as the Risk and Compliance Officer for Compliance, Legal and AML; as stipulated in the respective internal documents, which includes but not limited to the following: BRCC, KRI, ORE, etc.

Provide support and/or assistance to Compliance Advisor Lead, on delivering the following compliance related tasks:

Providing regulatory and/or compliance related advise to the respective stakeholders.

To review and/or recommend an update and improvement of the policy, regulation, system, procedure, products, proposal and/or other related documents/initiatives of the bank so that they are in accordance with BI/OJK regulations and the prevailing law and regulations.  This is to ensure the fulfillment of obligations as per prevailing laws and regulations.

Socialize the new regulations to the related working units or all the Bank’s employees and to monitor the completeness of the new requirements by relevant parties in the bank. In addition, to conduct monitoring the fulfillment of the regulatory requirements.

Other duties assigned by Compliance Director, Head of Compliance Working Unit and/or Compliance Advisory Lead; which includes but not limited to the following: To prepare and ensures the Compliance Reports (EXCO and/or Other reports)  are provided according to the target completion date. Conduct socialization and/or training for Compliance related matter. Provide assistance in Updating the P&P related to Compliance (other than Compliance Testing)
