Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to join our mutual fund organization. You'll oversee secretarial and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining high governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
• Board Meetings: Organize and attend board meetings, drafting minutes and following up on decisions.
• Corporate Governance: Maintain high governance standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Statutory Filings: File statutory returns and documents with regulatory authorities.
• Advisory Role: Provide guidance on corporate law, SEBI regulations, and governance matters.

**Requirements:-**Qualification: Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Skills: Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and corporate governance.
