Compliance Analyst

Analyst, Corporate Licensing & Compliance

You will support a critical corporate program to expand & grow speciality commercial equipment sales nationwide, by enabling more operational locations to become licensed for these sales. You will lead efforts to update & oversee state licensing requirements, including renewing existing licenses & applying for new ones, as needed. You will work directly with government agencies and research requirements for expansion of the program into new states.

• Location: Vinings, GA — Fully Onsite (Mon-Fri)

• Position Type: 6-Month Contract (potential to extend or convert to perm)

• Pay Rate : $30-40 per hour (depending on fit / experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and organize info from field teams to support project development
• Analyze gathered data to identify compliance gaps across locations, regions, or jurisdictions
• Conduct follow-ups via calls & other communications to resolve issues
• Act as a liaison between headquarters & field teams to ensure compliance & program success
• Support locations in obtaining & renewing required permits or certifications
• Manage ongoing license maintenance processes, ensuring renewals are completed well before expiration
• Develop & implement strategies to expand the program into new geographic areas

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a Project or Operations Analyst, Coordinator, or similar
• Experience managing corporate licensing, regulatory compliance, or similar workflows
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Comfortable making discovery calls to gather info & insights
• Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams & communicating effectively across all levels of an org
• Highly detail-oriented & organized, with ability to track progress & follow up to ensure project completion
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, & solution-oriented
