We are supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in the search for a Compliance Analyst to join its compliance function in Shannon, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional to broaden their experience across regulatory processes, internal governance, and cross-functional projects within a specialist aviation finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory reporting, policy administration, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Assist with customer and counterparty due diligence, including KYC and screening processes.
• Contribute to compliance projects and wider business initiatives alongside internal stakeholders.
• Help coordinate compliance training and monitor relevant regulatory developments.
• Manage responses to third-party compliance information requests and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in law, compliance, business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a compliance or legal support environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Aviation leasing or related sector experience would be an advantage.
