A detail-oriented professional to assist with the Company s review and submission of its Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) LAR. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the completion of targeted quality control reviews of HMDA LAR Data, assisting with final HMDA LAR quality and validity related scrub processes, and final submission. The ideal candidate should have experience with mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS), HMDA LAR preparation software such as RiskExec or nContracts. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations, including HMDA, TRID, TILA, and ECOA.. The position requires collaboration across compliance, technology, and operations teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues effectively.

Qualification:

Graduate any discipline

Overall experience of 2+ years for SPE and 4+ years for SME in BPO from Mortgage Origination domain

Skill Sets

Minimum 1 year experience working in HMDA process

Familiar with LAR(Loan Application Register) process and used software like Riskexec, nContracts or similar

Must have advanced knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations, including HMDA, TRID, TILA, and ECOA

Good Communication skill and can manage work independently

Acceptability by the Client and all stakeholders

Ready to work in US shifts

Able to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
