Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tenders and RFPs within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial bids.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Maintain pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and company profiles.
• Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
• Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies for permits, certifications, and filings.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, tendering, and regulatory processes.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
