Compliance and Documentation Executive (EHS)

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000
5 days work week
With Transport pick up at various designated points
VB / AWS
Location: East area

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, reports and records.
• Manage Risk Assessments (RA), SOPs, SWPs and safety checklists.
• Support ISO compliance and audits.
• Maintain records for chemicals, waste management and environmental compliance.
• Conduct basic workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist with incident reports and investigations when required.
• Coordinate EHS training and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore EHS regulations and company requirements.
• Work with production and engineering teams on EHS matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Safety / Engineering
• With 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• EHS documentation.
