Compliance and ISO Audit Executive

You will assess internal processes in accordance with ISO, Information Security, PCI-DSS and other applicable regulatory and industry standards/guidelines and ensure its implementation by preparing documentation, working with relevant teams providing them guidance, documentation & analysis to ensure all required audit compliances are met. Work directly with card payment schemes and audit organization to ensure licensing and audit conditions are met

Responsibilities

• Engaging with Payment Schemes and Third-Party Audit organizations for licensing and audits
• Understanding of Card Payment Schemes and their relevant standards in relevance to ISMS, PCI DSS, ISO9001, ISO27001 etc.
• Hands-on experience in implementation of a security program
• Proven Experience in planning & conducting & leading internal audits on information security &/or PCI-DSS
• Strong experience drafting and reviewing security policies and procedures
• Experience in developing and delivering awareness/training for technical and non-technical professionals
• Create security roadmaps for security program development and improvement.
• Performing Information Security Compliance tasks with autonomy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Rational, pragmatic, and realistic approach to security, risk, and compliance
• Highly effective communication with all levels or the organization including senior and executive management
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation deliverables including business requirements documents, design documents, test cases, and end user training guides.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation)
• Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
• Project management skills and an ability to translate business requirements into technical IT security deliverables
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Conduct continuous research to identify/enhance security skills/capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of working with payment schemes
• Sound knowledge of payment cards/PCI-DSS/ISO9001
• Experience with the security and privacy controls environment, regulatory landscape, and risk management techniques, principles, and practices.
• Experience with the development and implementation of policies, standards, and related procedures for operations & security.
