Role Overview
As a Compliance & Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Bank’s compliance, lending, and operational functions. This position is responsible for regulatory reviews, loan servicing support, customer account administration, fraud and dispute management, and various compliance-related processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking, compliance, loan operations, deposit operations, or related financial services experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
• Experience with mortgage servicing, secondary market operations, SBA lending, or deposit operations preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
