Job Description:Junior Reports Analyst

The Junior Reports Analyst supports the reporting and data analysis needs of the organization by gathering, cleaning, and organizing data to create accurate and timely reports. This role is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in data and analytics.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, etc.) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of regular reports and dashboards.
• Learn to use reporting tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel)
• Perform basic data analysis and identify simple trends and patterns.
• Support senior analysts in more complex data analysis projects.
• Document reporting processes and procedures.
• Respond to basic data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and reporting errors.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives.
• Learn and adhere to data governance policies and procedures.
• Translates audit results from compliance to a report that can be utilized in performance review.
• Conducts basic compliance audit as needed.
