TLB CS is a Singapore-based Corporate Service Provider supporting founders, international businesses, investment structures and family-owned groups with corporate administration, accounting, tax and compliance services.

We are looking for a

Compliance Assistant

to join our Singapore team. This is an entry-level position suitable for a fresh graduate or someone looking to start a career in

compliance and AML/KYC

.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with client onboarding and

KYC/CDD reviews

.

Collect and review client identification, corporate and beneficial ownership documentation.

Conduct corporate, sanctions, PEP and other compliance screening.

Assist in identifying and documenting shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners.

Maintain and update KYC and compliance records.

Assist with periodic client reviews and ongoing monitoring.

Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and information.

Assist with maintaining complete and accurate AML/KYC files.

Support the compliance team with internal records, reporting and administrative requirements.

Assist with corporate searches and verification of company information.

Provide

ad-hoc corporate and administrative support

, including preparation and organisation of documents for corporate filings and transactions.

Perform other compliance and administrative duties as required.

Candidate Profile

Diploma, Higher Nitec/Nitec, degree or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome; previous compliance experience is not required.

Good written and spoken English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organised and comfortable working with documents and data.

Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems.

Professional and comfortable communicating with clients.

An interest in

AML/KYC, compliance, corporate services or financial crime prevention

.

Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility over time.

Studies or previous internship experience in

business, accounting, finance, legal studies, compliance or a related area

would be an advantage but are not essential.
