What they need
- Ensure that all regulatory permits are renewed before their expiration dates.
- Monitor the status, validity, and compliance deadlines of company permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Assist inspection teams from various local and national government agencies during site visits.
- Coordinate permit applications, renewals, and amendments with the appropriate departments and regulatory agencies.
- Manage and maintain compliance related files, trackers, and databases.
- Record and monitor compliance issues, violations, and corresponding corrective actions.
- Ensure proper file management of compliance reports, certificates, permits, and related documents.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation related to compliance matters.
- Coordinate permit updates and requirements with branch heads and concerned departments.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
Duty Meal provided
Working Schedule: Compressed schedule, Monday to Friday
Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
