📍 Work Location: Bacoor, Cavite (Onsite)
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role

Are you highly detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring compliance with regulatory standards?

We're looking for a Compliance Associate to support our background verification operations by ensuring adherence to applicable U.S. laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations related to background screening and verification.
• Review background verification reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with legal and compliance requirements.
• Identify potential compliance risks and escalate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support internal audits, quality assurance initiatives, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor updates to U.S. laws, regulations, and industry best practices that may impact background screening processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational compliance and process improvements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in compliance, background screening, risk management, quality assurance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to employment screening or compliance is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and compliance risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite.
