$80,000-$120,000 Base Salary

A growing financial services organization is looking to add a Compliance Associate to its Philadelphia team.

This is a broad, generalist opportunity for someone with 1-4 years of experience who is looking to continue developing their career in financial services compliance. The position will provide exposure to a variety of compliance and regulatory matters while working closely with experienced members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of day-to-day compliance activities and projects
• Assist with ongoing reviews, monitoring, and internal processes
• Help maintain compliance documentation and procedures
• Support regulatory and reporting-related responsibilities
• Conduct research on relevant compliance and regulatory topics
• Assist senior team members with a variety of projects
• Help identify and address potential compliance issues
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with different stakeholders on compliance-related matters
• Take on additional responsibilities as experience develops

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of compliance or related financial services experience
• General understanding of financial services compliance
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Interest in developing broad compliance knowledge and taking on additional responsibility
