Compliance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely processing and renewal of business permits, licenses, accreditations, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government filing schedules, including vehicle registration, DA accreditation, ECC, building permits, and related permits.
• Coordinate company insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
• Conduct compliance audits, monitor regulatory updates, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review contracts, lease agreements, MOAs, and other legal documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders to resolve regulatory matters.
• Prepare compliance reports and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or government liaison work.
• Knowledge of government regulations, permits, licenses, and corporate compliance processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
