We operate Anytime Fitness clubs across Cebu, Davao, Zamboanga, Baguio, General Santos, and other locations, with more clubs opening soon nationwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to ensure that our clubs and departments comply with company policies, franchise standards, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct on-site compliance inspections and walk-throughs at our clubs, documenting findings with supporting evidence.
• Monitor compliance findings and ensure corrective actions are completed and verified.
• Track business permits, licenses, insurance policies, and renewals to prevent lapses.
• Manage compliance checklists for club openings, employee exits, and policy rollouts.
• Maintain the company policy register and monitor employee acknowledgments of policy updates.
• Prepare clear and accurate weekly and monthly compliance reports for management.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, Accountancy, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, quality assurance, or operations administration.
• Working knowledge of Philippine business permits, BFP fire safety requirements, DOLE regulations, and the Data Privacy Act.
• Strong Google Sheets skills and excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Clear, factual, and professional written communication.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow through without constant supervision.
• Willingness to travel across Visayas, Mindanao, and Luzon as required.
