Compliance Associate (ISO 27001 Implementation)

ISO 27001 Implementation work is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and threat intelligence analysis to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and emerging security threats and recommend remediation plans.
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Drive compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST Controls) and privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Design and implement security controls for systems, networks, and applications. Implement data classification and data protection practices.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external security audits while ensuring continuous enforcement of security policies and ongoing security monitoring.
• Prepare and present periodic risk, audit, and compliance reports to management, and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs). Deliver security awareness and training sessions.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to improve security and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security, IT Security Compliance, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of:

ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001

NIST and GDPR Frameworks

Risk Assessment and Security Audits

Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SSO

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred:

Certifications ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
