Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

Hon-Kwang Electric Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Auditor to support the company in reviewing and evaluating its operational, manufacturing, and compliance processes.

The successful candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, identifying risks and control weaknesses, verifying records and transactions, and ensuring that company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations are properly followed. This position is suitable for a fresh graduate or entry-level professional who is interested in developing a career in internal audit, accounting, compliance, or risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across different departments and business processes.

• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Identify control weaknesses, irregularities, process gaps, and potential risks.

• Prepare audit working papers, documentation, schedules, and audit reports.

• Gather and analyze information from various departments and systems.

• Follow up on previously identified audit findings and corrective actions.

• Maintain proper and confidential documentation of audit activities.

• Communicate audit observations and findings to the appropriate personnel.

• Assist in recommending improvements to internal controls, procedures, and operational efficiency.

• Perform other audit and compliance-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• College Graduate

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous internship or exposure to auditing, manufacturing, or compliance is an advantage but not required.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Willing to learn and work with minimal supervision.
