AQORD Compliance Collaborative is seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to join our team of healthcare professionals providing compliance, privacy, and regulatory consulting services to Life Plan Communities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), and post-acute care providers.

This position offers an opportunity for professional growth, collaboration, and meaningful work supporting healthcare organizations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site compliance and regulatory audits to assess adherence to applicable standards and requirements.
• Review clinical records and supporting documentation to evaluate regulatory compliance and quality of care across various levels of service.
• Assess compliance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA, OIG, OCR, and applicable state regulations.
• Provide education, training, and operational guidance to client organizations.
• Support policy development, corrective action planning, and continuous compliance program improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable guidance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of experience in long-term care, post-acute care, senior living, or healthcare operations.
• Professional background in nursing home administration, health administration, nursing, or healthcare operations, including operational, administrative, or managerial experience in a CCRC or similar setting.
• Experience in healthcare management, nursing leadership, regulatory compliance, or administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulations governing skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice, and related healthcare services.
• Excellent analytical, communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Work Location & Travel:

• Blue Bell, PA-based position with approximately 90% remote work.
• Travel required (50–75%), including overnight travel to client locations.
