Compliance Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for driving and coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure that all tasks assigned through client's systems are completed on time and in full compliance with client's requirements. The role proactively monitors overdue and at-risk deliverables, consolidates cross-program status reports, and tracks mitigation, corrective, and preventive action plans. Additionally, the coordinator escalates potential risks or bottlenecks through appropriate channels to prevent disruptions to downstream processes, product quality, or shipment timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor project task assignments and workflows within clients's designated QA systems
• Coordinate and follow up with assigned task owners to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all deliverables
• Guarantee strict compliance within the assigned scope with clients's QA requirements/standards, Company's Global Business Standards, internal operating policies, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements
• Regularly track project milestones, evaluate risk factors, and proactively escalate potential delays or quality issues to management to ensure prompt resolution and mitigate business impact
• Prepare and deliver detailed weekly status reports for the line manager, highlighting completed tasks, open items, and mitigation strategies
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the line manager to support broader QA and business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related subjects

• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance, Project Coordination or Project Management is preferable.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in international environment.

• Proven experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment

• Good command in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices, Power BI or dashboard reporting tools is a strong advantage.
