This is an opportunity to take ownership of key compliance activities, strengthen processes and systems, and support a strong culture of compliance across the business.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised Compliance Coordinator in a part-time capacity of 4 hours per day across 5 daysto join our Fire team. This is a varied role where you’ll provide day-to-day support to our service operations, helping to coordinate scheduled and reactive work while ensuring compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

You’ll work closely with operational teams, technicians, customers and internal stakeholders, managing everything from scheduling and job tracking through to compliance documentation, purchase orders, billing and customer information. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, likes keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in getting the details right

  • Monitor urgent and "Off Normal" requests, including fire calls and isolations, and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Raise purchase orders, receipt goods, order and track parts, and support parts availability.
  • Assist with service billing, customer purchase order requirements and account queries.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain accurate customer, site, billing and contract information.
  • Liaise with IQPs, supervisors and operational teams to ensure testing results and compliance certificates are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare operational reporting covering areas such as labour, materials, expenses and other service-related costs.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider branch team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, quality and compliance

About you

You’ll be someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams while also being confident managing your own workload.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience working in an administrative, operations, service or technical environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP or service management systems would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to working safely and following compliance and quality requirements.
