Job Description

• Review and verify HS code classifications for client-submitted products to support accurate compliance screening.
• Maintain and update the HS code master list for all assigned products and cases.
• Monitor HS code verification timelines and follow up on delays to ensure timely client feedback.
• Prepare and apply import permits for assigned product categories, including regulated and controlled goods.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and manufacturers to obtain information and documents for permit processing.
• Monitor permit status and ensure approvals are secured before shipment release where required.
• Act as the main coordinator for compliance tasks, escalation issues, workflow progress, and ad-hoc support assignments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HS code classification, customs compliance, import permit applications, or international trade operations will be an advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, with working proficiency in English, to communicate with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to review product information, supporting documents, and regulatory requirements accurately.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and handle compliance-related escalations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
