Compliance Engineer

The Compliance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with customer requirements, legal regulations, security and customs standards, and corporate social responsibility guidelines. This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance programs across multiple business units while ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, IATF 16949, RBA, CTPAT, and other applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with customer, legal, regulatory, security, and customs requirements.
• Support the implementation and auditing of management systems and certifications.
• Stay informed of regulatory and customer requirement changes and communicate updates to operations.
• Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
• Perform internal audits and support external audits and inspections.
• Investigate compliance issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and management system review documentation.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
• Participate in compliance improvement projects, certification initiatives, and digital management system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, and Electronic Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance, document control, product safety regulations, and customs/security programs such as CTPAT/OEA.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
