Compliance Engineer

There's a permanent opportunity for you here as a Compliance Engineer to join one of our flagship retail contracts in the West End, London

The Role

• Fire Door Inspections
• Monthly emergency light testing
• Monthly fire extinguisher and fire blanket checks
• Fire Damper inspections
• Weekly Fire alarm checks
• Weekly evc checks
• Quarterly smoke vent checks
• Weekly flushing
• Training will be provided if needed.

Hours of Work

• 4 on 4 off shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm - 7am)

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on compliance.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and industry standards
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in using maintenance management software and tools.
